Treatment Support Specialist
Crossroads is currently hiring for Treatment Support Specialists at both Awakenings Women's Residential and New Outlook Men's Residential facilities. The Treatment Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring house functioning of an identified population at our residential facility. This individual is expected to assist residents in dealing with problems of adjustment within their living environment, the community, and support systems. This individual will utilize basic counseling/support skills, daily living skills training, and crisis intervention. As a member of the team, this person assists the client in meeting treatment goals and objectives and understanding treatment plans. The Treatment Support Specialist is responsible to the House Manager of their designated facility.
Qualifications:
-Associate Degree with two years of related experience, OR;
-High School Diploma with four years of addiction experience
-Must have an understanding of issues as they relate to clients, chemical dependency, recovery lifestyles, and relationships.
-Must be Board certified as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), in the process of becoming certified, or eligible for certification.
-Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor
Crossroads is looking to fill the position of Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor. This position is full-time, and will operate out of one or more of our 5 outpatient locations.
Qualifications:
-Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
-Must possess a valid Ohio license in social work, counseling, or chemical dependency.
-Aptitude in assessment, individual and group counseling is a must.
-Knowledge of addiction and chemical dependency a plus.

Cleaning Attendant--St. Clairsville Office
Crossroads is currently hiring for a cleaning attendant at our St. Clairsville location. Responsibilities include vacuuming floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning bathrooms, and disinfecting "high-touch" areas such as railings and door knobs. Additionally, once per week, this position is responsible to take the trash to the curb for pickup on Monday mornings.
This position is part time, with an average of 10 hours per week. Evening hours (after 6pm) are expected.
